RETURNS POLICY

  1. STANDARD RETURNS

We operate a 14 calendar days’ returns and cancellation policy with your order if you decide to change your mind. The cancellation period starts from the day after you receive your order. Please us the details on the Contact Us page to get in touch with us first and we will confirm a return or replacement. If you have received a faulty product please follow the instructions in step 2 below.

Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us and we will discuss the matter with you further.

  1. FAULTY RETURNS

We aim to provide high quality fishing tackle and if this does not happen we are apologise in advance. If we can fix this for you please call us immediately, please see our contact us page for details.

To help us get this fixed for you ASAP, when you first contact us please include the following information - Your name, Order number, Product name, Picture of the fault and a brief description.

Following contacting us, you may also have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund.

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
  • Used items cannot be returned.
  1. CONSUMER CONTRACTS REGULATIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS

If you’re a customer in the EEA, you get 14 days to cancel your contract with us.

This two-week period starts from the day after you receive your order. You will need to write to us to notify us of your cancellation, you can this on our Contact Us page and fill in the enquiry form and give the details of your return including – Your name, Order number and Product name.

There are alternative methods to cancel your order – you can also do this via email at sales@karpz.co.uk and by post to KARPZ Ltd, 28 Chester Road East, Shotton, Deeside. CH5 1QA.

Once your return has been verified and goods received, you'll then receive a full refund as per the above policy.

All returns are quality checked – items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels attached and sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
